MindDrop: Voice to Markdown

Capture what is on your mind before it disappears. MindDrop turns a voice recording or written thought into an editable, structured Note. Record naturally, review the transcript, choose whether to process it, then edit and save the result. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Record voice MindDrops up to 30 minutes • Transcribe English, Dutch, German, French, and Spanish automatically • Review and correct every transcript before processing • Create structured Notes with an editable title, Note body, themes, questions, possible insight, and possible actions • Write a Note directly when speaking is not convenient • Keep Notes locally in MindDrop • Save Markdown to a Folder you choose, including an Obsidian vault • Retry Folder export without losing the local Note PRIVACY AND CONTROL MindDrop has no account or login. With your permission, completed audio is sent securely through MindDrop to OpenAI for transcription, and reviewed text is sent to OpenAI only when you tap Process MindDrop. OpenAI does not use API content to train its models, and MindDrop does not store your audio, transcript, Note text, or generated result on its own backend. Provider retention details are available in the Privacy Policy. Existing Notes remain available if you disable processing, cancel a subscription, use an allowance, or lose connectivity. INCLUDED AND SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS Three successfully processed MindDrops are included, with the complete voice and written experience. After that, the monthly subscription includes 100 processed MindDrops and 300 voice minutes per billing period. Price and currency are shown by the App Store. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Restore purchases and Manage Subscription are available in the app. Writing a Note manually, saving it locally, and saving Markdown to a Folder remain available without a subscription and do not use the processing allowance.
