Troop AIAS

Troop is the app your workplace runs on. Clock in, see your shifts, keep your certificates valid, and get the paperwork done in seconds instead of at the end of the week. It is built for people who work on sites, not at desks. If your employer uses Troop, everything you need for the working day is on one screen. CLOCK IN AND OUT • Clock in by looking at your phone — face verification confirms it is you • A location check confirms you are on site before the clock starts • Works with patchy signal: clock-ins are stored on the phone and sync when you are back in coverage • Breaks and hours are recorded as you go, so your timesheet is right YOUR SHIFTS • See what you are working this week, and where • Get a notification when your schedule changes • Know the start time, the site and the hours before you leave the house CERTIFICATES AND COMPLIANCE • Photograph your Safe Pass, CSCS card or ticket once and keep it on file • Get warned before a card expires — not after you have been turned away at the gate • See what your site requires, so you know what is missing TRAINING AND ASSESSMENTS • Complete inductions and courses on your phone, at your own pace • Watch course videos, answer the questions, keep the record • Take the assessments your supervisor assigns you FORMS, JOURNALS AND TASKS • Fill in site forms and checklists on the phone, signatures included • Complete daily journal entries and send them for counter-signing • See the tasks assigned to you and mark them done MESSAGES • Chat with your supervisor and your team • Read site notices in one place • Have messages translated into your own language IN YOUR LANGUAGE Troop is available in English, Irish, Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian, Portuguese, Czech, Bulgarian, Russian and Ukrainian. BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD Troop is used by organisations, not by individuals. You will need an account from the company you work for. If you do not have an invitation yet, ask your manager or supervisor. PRIVACY Troop uses the camera for face verification at clock-in, and your location to confirm you are inside your site's boundary. Location is checked only at the moment you clock in or out — Troop does not track you through the day or when you are off shift. Face data is used only to confirm it is you, and for nothing else.
