About
Our pay is confusing. Our contract is complex. And there's no easy way to compare the trips we fly with what we're paid. Sus Pay imports your trips from your CrewSchedule calendar and estimates what each one should pay, line by line, so you can understand it and ask the right questions. It's not your paycheck. It's how you check it. HOW IT WORKS - Connect your work calendar once. Sus Pay finds your trips for you, with legs, layovers, positions and TFP. - Every trip gets a pay card: base pay, boarding pay, A pay, minimum pay rules and per diem, each labeled with the part of the contract it comes from. - Enter your seniority date once and your pay rate steps up automatically on your anniversary. - Add your 401(k), ESPP and last paycheck to see roughly what you take home. BUILT FOR HOW WE ACTUALLY FLY - Premium trips: set the multiplier on any trip and the pay follows. - Traded, dropped or canceled a trip? Sus Pay notices when a trip leaves your calendar and asks what happened. Swap it out, keep it as pay protected, or decide later. - Base turns and stacked trips are split and paid as two sequences, the way the contract reads. - Layover weather and sunrise and sunset times for every trip. MONTHLY SUMMARIES See your month at a glance, compare it with Rainmaker, and export a PDF report. SHARE YOUR SCHEDULE (BETA) Share your trips with up to 5 coworkers and see theirs. Trip dates and layover cities only display on you calendar, never your pay, and only when you tap Share. MORE ON THE WAY Sus Pay starts with the core of our pay, and more of the contract is being added with each update. Anything not checked against real pay yet is marked "not verified" and left out of your total, so what you see is the conservative number. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account, no sign-in, no ads, no tracking. Your trips and pay are stored on your phone and never uploaded. Calendar access is read-only. For FAs, by FAs. Sus Pay is an independent app. It is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Alaska Airlines or the Association of Flight Attendants. It does not file claims. What your airline pays you is the record, so treat any difference as a question to look into.Read more
