Vereinsdeckel

Vereinsdeckel turns an iPad in your clubhouse into your club's drinks tally. Members log their own drinks, the treasurer keeps track – no paper, no till, no server. Please note: the app is currently available in German only. HOW IT WORKS • Tap your name, enter your 4-digit PIN, pick your drinks, done. • Everyone sees their open balance right after booking. • Payment happens outside the app as usual, e.g. by direct debit or bank transfer to the club account. VISITING TEAMS • A separate tab for each visiting team, linked to the home team. • After the match: take cash or show a Girocode (EPC QR code) the visitors scan with their banking app. • Optional tip in one tap. FOR THE TREASURER • All open balances at a glance, settle individually or all at once. • Cancel bookings; every admin action is logged. • Export as CSV and as a PDF statement for the club records. YOUR CLUB, YOUR LOOK • Set club name, crest and accent colour on first launch. • Drinks with your own prices, icons and groups (e.g. "Soft drinks"). • Mark drinks as temporarily unavailable when the keg runs dry. • Add members one by one or import them from CSV. BUILT FOR THE WALL • Large tiles, dark design, works offline. • Ideal as a fixed terminal in iPadOS Guided Access. • Several iPads of one club stay in sync via iCloud. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOUR CLUB No user account, no developer server, no ads, no tracking. All data lives on the iPad and optionally in the club's private iCloud. PINs are never stored in plain text. Vereinsdeckel is free and was born in a tennis club, where it has been in use since 2026.
