Dash Recon is the phone app for Prepaid Recon — reconciliation and back-office software for prepaid wireless retailers running Boost Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile and Total Wireless locations. Carrier commission and rebate statements rarely match what your stores actually sold. Dash Recon reconciles the two, shows you exactly where the money is missing, and tracks every appeal through to recovery — so the gap gets closed instead of absorbed. FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS • Overview — the period at a glance: what you earned, what is at risk, what needs a decision, and how each store is tracking. • Reconciliation — statement lines matched against your own sales, with the unmatched and underpaid called out rather than buried in a spreadsheet. • Appeals — the full pipeline, from what has been filed to what has actually been recovered, with recent activity on each one. • Sales — hourly performance and goal pace, by store. • Closing — deposits and cash variance by store, so a discrepancy surfaces the same day rather than at month end.
