Drift Focus asks for one written intention before you start, and one honest answer when you finish. Over weeks, those answers build a follow-through score: when you follow through, on what, and what actually got done. ONE HONEST LOOP 1. Write what you'll do. Type the intention and Drift sorts it into one of nine categories on-device as you type: work, study, creative, health, personal, finance, social, mindfulness, planning. 2. Run the session. 15 to 90 minutes, or set your own. Countdown on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. Ambient soundscapes if you want them. If you slip away mid-session, Drift quietly counts it. 3. Answer honestly. Nailed it, got some done, or didn't start. Whichever you press feeds the score. "Didn't start" is data, not a punishment.
