About
The full picture. No dependencies. Μας Αφορά ("it concerns us") reads the public news feeds of Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot outlets in Greek, English and Turkish, joins headlines about the same event into one story and shows you: • LEFT · CENTRE · RIGHT — a political-leaning bar on every story, separately for the Greek Cypriot and the Turkish Cypriot press, built from published, cited research. Outlets without a source stay "unrated". • WHO COVERED IT — coverage by community and by independent owner group. Ten rewrites from one group count once. • WHAT'S MISSING — stories the left or the right barely covered, stories one community's press didn't cover, and stories few owners covered, with reasons. • SUMMARY — "What happened" and "Where they agree", written by AI from the outlets' headlines and short descriptions, plus "Where they differ" when outlets give different figures. With a report button. • HOW EACH SIDE PUT IT — the first headline from the left, centre and right, exactly as published; every headline filtered by leaning and community, with on-device translation and a timeline. • WHO'S BEHIND IT — cited ownership, political leaning and Cyprus-problem stance for every outlet, with a "Do you disagree?" button. Anything we can't verify is shown as unknown. • FOR YOU & LOCAL — follow topics, districts and outlets, hide what you don't want, save stories. • DAILY BRIEFING — the day's five most widely covered stories, with an optional reminder. • MY NEWS DIET — left, centre or right, which press communities and owner groups you read, and what you're missing. Counted only on your device. • GREEK OR ENGLISH — switch the app's language inside the app. What we DON'T do: truth scores, ratings without a source, paid placement, hidden personalisation, accounts, ads or tracking. Every ranking is explained under "Why am I seeing this?". Articles always open on the outlet's own website.Read more
