About
Brain training with progress you can track. Start with an assessment scored out of 100, follow guided sessions of about fifteen minutes, and repeat the same assessment every eight sessions to compare. NeuroDual brings together more than 30 brain games for adults: classics like Dual N-Back, tasks from cognitive psychology like Stroop, Flanker and Corsi blocks, and logic puzzles like Sokoban, Untangle and Lights Out. They work your attention, focus, working memory, sense of time and spatial reasoning. ASSESS, TRAIN, REASSESS The assessment is separate from the training exercises. You complete it three times, and your median score is recorded. Every eight sessions you repeat it on the same scoring scale, so your results compare directly. WHAT AN ASSESSMENT LOOKS LIKE For visual memory, four lines appear for a second; from memory, you rotate one of them back to its original angle. For timing, four durations are presented one after another, and you reproduce one of them. Each path has its own assessment. A GOAL, THEN THE NEXT ONE The app sets your first goal. When you reach it, the milestone is recorded and a slightly higher goal is set. From one assessment to the next, you see where you stand. GUIDED SESSIONS, READY TO START Each session is prepared for you: ten exercises in a row, about fifteen minutes in all. Tick them off as you go. The difficulty adapts to your level, and your progress is saved at every step, so you can stop and pick up where you left off. FIVE GUIDED PATHS • Visual memory: remember positions, orientations and details • Auditory memory: keep sounds and sequences in mind • Sense of time: estimate a duration and tell short from long • Laterality: tell left from right quickly, even in a mirror • Spatial reasoning: plan your moves and untangle shapes THE LAB: EVERY GAME, EVERY SETTING Prefer to choose for yourself? In the Lab, every exercise is available from day one, grouped by category, with adjustable settings: level, speed, number of targets, length. • Working memory: Dual N-Back, N-Back, Trace Switch, Corsi blocks, Operation Span • Attention and concentration: Object Tracking, Flanker, Simon • Interference: Stroop with colors, voices, arrows and durations • Timing: temporal bisection, Navon Time, Clockwork • Logic puzzles: Sokoban, Gridlock, Untangle, Lights Out, Flood, Restack • Visual games: Spot the Difference, Mirror Slate, Speed Flash, symmetry WHO IT'S FOR • Adults who enjoy brain games and logic puzzles, and want to see their progress • Dual N-Back players looking for more than one exercise YOUR STATS Training time, active days, current streak and past assessment scores, updated after every session. BUILT ON RESEARCH TASKS Stroop, Flanker and N-back come from cognitive psychology; NeuroDual turns them into short games with clear rules and instant feedback. Assessments let you compare your results in the app over time; they are not a medical evaluation and do not, on their own, show what changes in your daily life. PRIVATE, OFFLINE, NO ADS No account and no ads. Your training history is stored on your device, and you can play every game offline.
