About
Check in with yourself. Remember what matters. Alright helps you record mood, energy and anxiety, capture thoughts, and prepare for therapy with your own words and recent records. CAPTURE YOUR DAY - Get gentle morning, midday and evening check-in reminders. - Respond to check-ins from notifications. - Add a written or voice note to a check-in, or capture a standalone thought without entering ratings. - Review your timeline and trend charts. Original voice recordings remain available, with incomplete transcriptions clearly labeled. PREPARE FOR THERAPY Mark a note "Remember this" when saving it or revisiting it. Set your last session date, then prepare a brief in one tap. - Put your remembered talking points first. - Review records since your last session, plus unresolved topics carried forward from earlier sessions. - Reorder talking points, hide a topic from the current brief, and edit the wording without changing your original entries. - Choose what to include, preview it, then share your brief as a PDF or text. - Record "Had my session," choose which topics you discussed, and add an optional written or voice takeaway. - Revisit saved session briefs and original entries. Topics stay in your queue until you mark them discussed or remove the flag. OPTIONAL ON-DEVICE AI AI Insights and therapy recaps use Apple's on-device model to summarize your records. Therapy prep processes available note text in portions and groups it into themes. Coverage details show when a note could not be fully summarized; original text and recordings remain accessible. AI requires a compatible Apple Intelligence device, Apple Intelligence enabled, a downloaded model, supported language/region, and your consent. No input or generated summaries are sent to a cloud AI service, and there is no cloud fallback. Enable or disable AI in Settings > Privacy. Your remembered talking points, recorded check-in totals, original entries and basic prep work without AI. AI wording may be inaccurate. Alright is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency care. YOUR DATA Your records and therapy history are stored locally. No Alright account is required. Voice transcription uses on-device recognition where supported. Choose what to share, export your records as JSON, or delete your local data in Settings. Device backups follow your Apple device settings. FREE TRIAL AND SUBSCRIPTIONS An active subscription, including its trial, is required to save new check-ins and standalone notes, view trend charts, and generate AI summaries. Existing history, Remember this flags, basic therapy prep, session history and takeaways, sharing, data export and deletion remain available without a subscription. Eligible new subscribers receive a two-week (14-day) free trial of the monthly or yearly plan through Apple. The trial starts only after you confirm the subscription with Apple; installing the app does not start it. Apple determines eligibility, with one introductory offer per person in the Alright subscription group. After the trial, your plan automatically renews at $4.99/month or $39.99/year in the US unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Prices vary by country and are shown in the app. If no introductory offer is available to you, the regular price applies from purchase confirmation. Both plans provide the same access. Subscribing does not make an unsupported device compatible with AI. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
