EUSATfinder connects people caught in an emergency with the teams responding to it. Built for civil protection, it puts citizens and responders on the same map: whoever reports and whoever responds see the same situation, updated in real time. FOR CITIZENS • Report an emergency with photo, video, audio and your position, in a few taps • Trigger an SOS: your position keeps updating until you close it • Receive the updates published by the operations centre • Message responders from the built-in chat • Create your account straight from the app, no approval needed FOR FIELD OPERATORS • Your assigned missions, with details, map and progress • Live video from the cameras attached to the mission • Team positions on the map • Chat and calls with the control room and with other teams • A dashboard with the current picture Operator accounts are issued by the organisation you work for and cannot be created from the app. BUILT FOR THE FIELD In an emergency the network is what it is. When it drops, reports and positions are queued and sent on their own as soon as it returns: nothing is lost and you do not have to remember to retry. LOCATION While you are signed in, the app updates your position for the operations centre even when it is in the background or closed, and updates it continuously while an SOS is active: responders must be able to reach you even if you can no longer use your phone. Sharing stops when you sign out, and you can revoke the permission at any time from your system settings.
