Rocab Ops

Rocab Ops is the push-to-talk (PTT) app for dispatchers at taxi offices and companies partnered with the Rocab platform. It works like a two-way radio: press and hold the button, speak, and your voice reaches your company's drivers in the Rocab driver app instantly. Features: • Talk to all drivers at once, or to one driver only. • Recent drivers at the top of the screen, one tap to select. • Live presence: which drivers are online right now, and how many dispatchers are connected. • Fast driver search by name, last digits of the phone number or plate number, with a one-tap number pad and automatic selection when a single driver matches. • When a driver talks, their name appears; tap it to reply to them directly. • One speaker at a time, so voices never overlap. • Clear audio with low data usage, and automatic reconnection when the network changes. • Arabic interface. Getting started Sign in with your company portal account (username and password). PTT must be enabled for your company; contact Rocab to enable it. This app is for dispatch staff at partner companies; it is not used by passengers.
