About
BuiltLTS is the shift-close app for stores that sell instant lottery tickets. Scan the wall, let the app do the counting, settle the drawer, and send the owner a PDF — with or without a connection. Built for the person actually working the counter: one screen to scan, one number to reconcile, one button to close. SCAN THE WALL, NOT A SPREADSHEET Walk the rack and scan the ticket showing in each box. BuiltLTS already knows which pack lives in which box, counts what sold against last shift's closing number, and prices it at the game's ticket value. No calculator, no notebook, no "we'll sort it out Sunday." PACK AND BOX INVENTORY Activate a pack by scanning its barcode: game number, pack number, ticket value, pack value and box, captured in one pass. Low-stock warnings tell you what to reorder; dead-stock warnings tell you what has been hanging on the wall unsold. CASH ACCOUNTABILITY YOU CAN DEFEND The drawer count is never pre-filled — a count has to be a count. BuiltLTS compares it to what the tickets and the terminal say should be there, shows short or over in plain money, and keeps the drawer float out of the variance. Every settlement is filed against the clerk who worked it. DIGITAL RACK MAP A live picture of the wall: which game is in which box, what it is worth, and what moved since last shift. Print it, or attach it to a settlement so a new clerk can find any pack without asking. REPORTS THAT LEAVE THE BUILDING Settlement PDFs, cash-accountability summaries, sales trends and per-game performance — printed, archived on the device, or emailed on a schedule to whoever needs to see them. READ THE TERMINAL REPORT WITH THE CAMERA Hold the camera over the lottery terminal's printed summary and let BuiltLTS pull the totals in instead of typing them. BUILT FOR THE COUNTER • Works offline. Scanning, counting, settling and printing all run on the device. A connection syncs your stores; it is never required to close a shift. • Rugged handhelds welcome. Built-in laser scanners are first-class input, alongside the camera on any iPhone or iPad. • Clerk PINs. Record who worked which shift without handing anyone the keys to the store. • Two devices, one store. Owner on the phone, clerk on the handheld, merged safely on both sides. • Amendments with a paper trail. A corrected settlement records what changed, why, and the variance before and after — and can be gated behind the store PIN. • Guided setup. Enter a rack that is already half sold and the numbers still come out right on day one. WHO IT IS FOR Independent convenience stores, gas stations, smoke shops and grocers licensed to sell state instant tickets — and the owners who want the wall counted the same way every night, by every clerk. NOT A GAMBLING APP BuiltLTS does not sell tickets, pick numbers, or report drawings. It is business software for licensed retailers: inventory, cash accountability and reporting. ACCOUNT REQUIRED BuiltLTS is a business subscription for store operators, and an account is required to use it. Visit builtpos.com to get your store set up. Part of the BuiltPOS platform. A rebuilt interface, top to bottom. • Every screen redrawn on the BuiltPOS design system — cleaner cards, readable money, and a layout that adapts from a handheld to an iPad. • Digital Rack Map: see the whole wall at a glance, print it, or attach it to a settlement. • Moved packs are now detected at shift close, so swapping two boxes no longer needs a correction. • A rebuilt dashboard with trend tiles, alerts for shorts and dead stock, and one-tap export or email. • Dialogs now arrive as bottom sheets on small screens, so the buttons are always in reach. • Corrections to the ticket-count and cash-variance maths in several places, so every screen and PDF reports the same number.Read more

SCAN THE WALL, NOT A SPREADSHEET
Walk the rack and scan the ticket showing in each box. BuiltLTS already knows which pack lives in which box, counts what sold against last shift's closing number, and prices it at the game's ticket value. No calculator, no notebook, no "we'll sort it out Sunday."
PACK AND BOX INVENTORY
Activate a pack by scanning its barcode: game number, pack number, ticket value, pack value and box, captured in one pass. Low-stock warnings tell you what to reorder; dead-stock warnings tell you what has been hanging on the wall unsold.
CASH ACCOUNTABILITY YOU CAN DEFEND
The drawer count is never pre-filled — a count has to be a count. BuiltLTS compares it to what the tickets and the terminal say should be there, shows short or over in plain money, and keeps the drawer float out of the variance. Every settlement is filed against the clerk who worked it.
DIGITAL RACK MAP
A live picture of the wall: which game is in which box, what it is worth, and what moved since last shift. Print it, or attach it to a settlement so a new clerk can find any pack without asking.
REPORTS THAT LEAVE THE BUILDING
Settlement PDFs, cash-accountability summaries, sales trends and per-game performance — printed, archived on the device, or emailed on a schedule to whoever needs to see them.
READ THE TERMINAL REPORT WITH THE CAMERA
Hold the camera over the lottery terminal's printed summary and let BuiltLTS pull the totals in instead of typing them.
