The Emco Fire Systems app helps homeowners prepare for and respond to wildfire threats by bringing fire information, system controls, and live monitoring together in one place. Free Wildfire Awareness The free Tier 0 experience is available without an Emco suppression system. Users can: - View current wildfire activity on an interactive fire map - Receive alerts about fires near their current location or a saved property - Review preparation and safety information Connected Emco Fire Systems Control Owners of compatible Emco Fire Systems can use the app to: - View connected system components and operating status - Control compatible pumps, sprinklers, water cannons, and Fire Rover equipment - Monitor their property through connected cameras - Start and stop water flow remotely - Access system-specific operating guidance and support Compatible Emco Fire Systems components are configured for the customer’s system and connect to the app when the equipment is powered on and online. Built-In Safety Controls The app includes operating safeguards designed to help prevent unintended activation, including: - Safety acknowledgment before operation - A three-second press-and-hold activation control - Clear-operating-area confirmation - All-Stop control - Automatic stop and disarming when communication is interrupted or the app is exited - Operating instructions and safety guidance Emco Fire Systems products are homeowner-operated wildfire-preparation and suppression-assistance tools. Physical equipment must be properly deployed, powered on, connected to an adequate water source, and operated according to all safety instructions. The app and connected equipment do not guarantee the prevention of wildfire damage and are not substitutes for evacuation instructions, emergency services, professional firefighting, insurance, or established wildfire-safety practices. Availability of certain features requires compatible Emco equipment, an internet connection, and an active user account.
