Trawise is booking, the other way round. Everywhere else a place publishes a nightly rate and you search for it. On Trawise you post the stay instead. Drop a pin, set how far around it you will go, choose your nights and your party, and name what you want to pay per night. Every place inside that reach that can take you sees the same request, and each one answers for itself: yes at your figure, a different figure, or no. Both sides choose. That is the whole of it. ASK ONCE Before you send, the app says how many places the request reaches. That count comes from distance, dates and party. Your figure is what they answer. READ WHAT COMES BACK Each place accepts your budget, counters with a nightly price of its own, or passes. A counter is one round: book it or turn it down. There is no auction, and nothing raises your figure. BOOK THE ONE YOU WANT Booking a place declines the other offers and tells them, so nobody is holding a room you will not take. The address and the host's contact details follow once the stay is booked. TALK, THEN REVIEW One thread per place, from the first question to check-out. Afterwards you review the place and the place reviews you, and neither review is published until both are written or two weeks have passed.
