Sepsi Parking

Sepsi Parking is a free parking application provided by the Municipality of Sfântu Gheorghe in collaboration with Fida Solutions SRL. It allows you to pay for parking tickets in the public parking areas of the Municipality of Sfântu Gheorghe, whether you are attending a meeting, a business appointment, or any other activity. *Do not use the application or your phone while driving.* Multiple License Plates Do you own multiple vehicles and enjoy driving them all, or do you manage a company where employees regularly switch vehicles? Add all your license plates to the application and simply select the one corresponding to the vehicle you are parking. Card Payment Once you have selected all the information required to create a parking ticket, the application will display the applicable parking fee based on your selections. All you have to do is tap the "Pay" button. To avoid entering your payment details every time, you can securely save your payment cards, rename them, or remove them whenever you wish. When paying by card, you will receive a payment confirmation email with an electronic invoice attached. This invoice is also available at any time in the application's payment history. *The application does not store your payment information. All card details are securely stored on the NETOPIA payment processor's servers, only with your consent.* SMS Payment If you choose to pay by SMS and have selected all the required parking ticket information, the application will send a preformatted SMS to complete the payment. *Please note that SMS payments may incur additional charges from your mobile network operator.* *Your parking session is considered paid and valid only after you receive the confirmation message from the parking service.* Extend Your Parking Ticket Have you paid for a parking session but your meeting is taking longer than expected and your ticket is about to expire? Extend your parking ticket directly from the application for as much time as you need. Simply select the desired duration and payment method (Card or SMS), then tap the **"Pay"** button. Alerts / Notifications The application sends notifications when a parking ticket is successfully paid, 5 minutes before it expires, and when the parking ticket has expired. Payment History You can access your complete payment history at any time, including both card and SMS payments, with filtering options available. For card payments, you can also view and download the invoice associated with each transaction. **How do I pay for parking?** * Add or select the desired license plate. * Choose the parking zone. * Select the parking duration. * Choose the payment method. * Pay! **GDPR Compliance** The application complies with the GDPR regulations.
