About
GymBells follows a training program for you. Open the app and it shows the next workout. Log your sets, reps and weights as you go, and GymBells moves you through the program's weeks and phases. PROGRAMS - Start with a built-in program: Full Body Beginner, Full Body in Phases, 5×5 Strength, Upper / Lower, Push Pull Legs or Dumbbell Only. - Programs are split into phases that run for a set number of weeks, and GymBells tracks where you are. Full Body in Phases moves you from higher reps to heavy sets over 12 weeks. - Edit any program: add, remove or swap exercises, change their sets and reps, and add your own notes to an exercise. - Import your own program from a file. SCHEDULE - Choose the days you train and see the whole program on a calendar, week by week. - Move a workout to another day, plan rest days, or train anyway. - Missed a workout? Do it today or skip it, and GymBells carries on with the next one. - Joining a program part-way through? Tell GymBells where you are. EXERCISES - Every exercise has drawings of its start and end positions and step-by-step instructions. - Tap a picture to open the exercise, on the workout screen, in a program or when you add one. DURING A WORKOUT - Tap a set to log it, and change the reps or weight when you need to. Add or remove a set on the day. - A rest timer starts between sets and keeps running if you leave the app. - Your current exercise and rest timer show on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, where you can log the next set. - If you're interrupted, pick the workout up where you left off. - On Apple Watch, GymBells shows the current exercise, your sets and the rest countdown. Tap a set to log it, press and hold it to change the reps with the Digital Crown, and skip or adjust the rest from your wrist. PROGRESS - See your workouts this week and this month, and how many weeks in a row you've trained. - Find past workouts on a calendar, and tap one to see every exercise, set and weight. Correct a set if you logged it wrong. - Follow each exercise over time on a chart of your top set. LANGUAGES - English, Spanish, German, French, Catalan, Italian, Dutch, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, including exercise names, instructions and the built-in programs. PRIVACY - No account and no sign-in. - No analytics, ads or tracking. - Everything you enter stays on your iPhone. Export it to a file at any time, and restore it from that file. - One price. No subscription, no in-app purchases.Read more
