QLine Help lets a QLine IT engineer see your phone screen while they talk you through a problem, so they can guide you to exactly the right setting on your own phone. How it works: • Your QLine engineer gives you a 6-digit code. • Open QLine Help and type the code. • Your phone asks whether to share your screen. Tap Start now, Cast or Share screen (the words differ between phones). • Your engineer can now see your screen. Go to the screen they ask for. • Tap Stop sharing when you are finished, or your engineer ends the session. Your engineer can only watch. They cannot tap, type or change anything on your phone. You stay in control the whole time, and your phone shows that it is being shared for as long as the session lasts. Nothing is shared until you type a code from a QLine engineer and agree on your phone. Each code works once and expires after 20 minutes, and every session ends by itself after an hour. QLine Help is for customers of QLine IT (PC Repair Leeds Ltd). It does nothing without a code from a QLine engineer.Read more
