Log every session Track sets, reps and weight with built-in rest timers. APE-X calculates your estimated one-rep max as you log, so you can see strength moving week to week instead of wondering. Recovery scoring Daily check-ins plus your actual training load produce a recovery score, so you know when to push and when a hard session will cost you more than it gives. Walks, runs and other activity count too. Fuel tracking Log meals against your targets using food data from the USDA FoodData Central database. Protein, carbs and calories, matched to what your training actually demands. One score Strength, recovery and fuel roll up into your Apex Score. When it climbs, you're doing it right.
