The Skynet Bridge connects your company's WhatsApp to the Skynet platform using the device's own network. Who is it for? For companies that use Skynet for customer service via WhatsApp. Pairing is done with a link generated in your account. How it works The device maintains a secure connection with the Skynet server, and it is through this connection that the company's WhatsApp enters and exits. The app only forwards already encrypted data: the content of the conversations remains with WhatsApp, and nothing is read or stored here. Why is it always active? The connection needs to remain active at all times for customer service to continue functioning.
