MaxTiendas Admin is the app that lets you manage your MaxTiendas online store from your phone, without needing a computer. Upload a product while you're in the warehouse, accept an order at the counter, or check your remaining stock while you're with a supplier. You need an active store on MaxTiendas to use it: the app is your store's dashboard, not a place to make purchases. WHAT YOU CAN DO Catalog • Create and edit products with photos you take on the spot with your camera • Prices, offers, and payment plans • Variations by size, color, or any other attribute you use • Categories, brands, and features • Bulk upload via spreadsheet and QR codes to tag your products Stock • Physical, reserved, and available stock of each product and variation • Quick adjustments: add or set quantities • Incoming merchandise, including cost and supplier • Transaction history: what changed, when, and who changed it • See which orders are reserving your units Sales • Orders with their status, products, and delivery information • Status changes with automatic customer notifications • Payments: record manual payments and accept pending online payments • Credit orders and quotes, which become orders with a single tap • Abandoned carts: recover them via WhatsApp Customers • Complete profile with their purchases, addresses, and discount groups • Newsletter Subscribers Electronic Billing • Issuance of SIFEN electronic documents for Paraguay • Status of each document and download of the KuDE in PDF format Reports • Daily and monthly sales, in your currency • Costs, margin, and profitability per product • Catalog monitoring: what each product needs to improve sales Your Team • Each person logs in with their user account and sees only what their role allows • Activity log to see who changed what HOW TO LOG IN Enter your store name, your email address, and your password: the same ones you use to log in to the web panel.
