The Yeongam-gun Public Rice Reserve Purchase Platform is a field operations platform designed to systematically process public rice reserve purchase tasks. Eup/Myeon officials can select a purchase schedule, verify farms, product categories, and remaining allocated quantities, and then scan a QR code to proceed with grading in sack and ton bag units. The processing results are linked to purchase certificates for each farm, incoming/outgoing confirmation sheets, and daily reports, and support the verification and signature procedures of officials from Eup/Myeon, Nonghyup, and the National Agricultural Products Quality Management Service. Key Functions: - Confirmation of purchase schedule and location - Confirmation of farms, product categories, allocated quantities, and remaining quantities - QR scanning and purchase processing by packaging unit - Grading and recording of actual purchased varieties - Confirmation of purchase certificates for each farm - Management of incoming/outgoing quantities and documents by warehouse - Creation, signing, and final confirmation of daily reports - Inquiry into public rice reserve purchase results Purchase tasks are processed based on the purchase schedule and the relevant Eup/Myeon jurisdiction of the farm. When processing QR codes, the fiscal year, jurisdiction (Eup/Myeon), allocated items, and remaining unpurchased quantity are verified to prevent processing that does not meet operational standards. This service is intended for the purchase of public stockpiled rice in Yeongam-gun, and access rights may be restricted based on work roles and jurisdictional scope.
