COCOKNOCK is a service that allows you to register your favorite shops as "My Shops" and use all your information, from notifications and coupons to reservations, in one app. There's no need to install separate apps for each shop or search through a pile of emails for notifications. The latest information from your registered shops will appear in a single timeline. ■ Recommended for those who: ・Want to check the availability of their favorite hair salon or shop ・Want to quickly find coupons they've received when they want to use them ・Don't want to miss information about temporary closures or new menus ・Want to manage information from their favorite shops all in one place ■ Main Features 【My Shops】 You can register shops simply by scanning the QR code at the shop. You can check the information of your registered shops anytime from "My Shops". 【Notification Timeline】 You can check the latest information from all your registered shops in chronological order. You can toggle the display of notifications from shops you don't want to see in the settings. 【Coupons】 You can check coupons issued by shops in the app and present them directly at the shop. There's no need to carry paper coupons. [Reservations] You can make reservations on the spot while checking availability on the calendar. You can check your reservation details and history anytime from your My Page. You can also cancel your reservation through the app within the period set by the store. *Reservation methods vary by store. You may be directed to make a reservation by phone or through an external reservation site, or reservations may not be accepted. [Messages] You can receive direct messages from the store, such as reservation confirmations and thank-you messages after your visit.
