MyCIA Booking for Restaurants

The MyCIA app for restaurateurs lets you manage your restaurant's reservations from your phone: requests to confirm, tables, attendance, and daily information all in one screen. DAILY RESERVATIONS Scroll through the days using the arrows or choose a date from the calendar. For each reservation, you can see the name, number of people, date, time, and status: to be managed, accepted, or rejected. Search for a reservation by name and filter the list by status, for example, only accepted or only customers who have already arrived. ACCEPT, REJECT, OR PROPOSE A TIME For each request, you can: - accept it - reject it - propose a different day or time to the customer, maintaining the table settings and contact information from the original reservation. NEW RESERVATION Enter reservations received by phone or in person: table settings, table settings, time, date, name, phone number, email, and notes. Required fields are highlighted. If the time overlaps with another reservation, the app will notify you before confirming. DISHWASHER REQUIREMENTS Record guests' dietary requirements directly in the reservation, so the dining room and kitchen have them ready when the guest arrives. PRESENT AND NO-SHOWS When the guest arrives, mark the reservation as "Shown." If they don't show, mark it as "Not Shown." The status remains recorded and is included in the daily data. RESTAURANT OPENING AND CLOSING Indicate with a simple click whether the restaurant is open on the selected day. Changes require confirmation to avoid accidental closures. DATA AND SUMMARY For each day, see how many reservations you've received, accepted, and declined, and how many guests have no-showed. Download the summary to share or archive it. ARCHIVE View past reservations, with search and filters. TARGET AUDIENCE The app is designed for restaurateurs using MyCIA for Business.
