Skroutz Merchant is the official app for Skroutz.gr affiliate sellers, designed to easily manage your store from your mobile phone. ALL THE IMPORTANT THINGS ON ONE SCREEN From the home screen you can immediately see how many orders are waiting to be accepted, how many returns are pending, how many customer inquiries have not been answered and what documents you need to submit, with indications that are updated in real time. ORDERS MANAGEMENT See the list of new orders, open the details of each one with the products, quantities, codes and total amount, and accept or reject it within the time frame clearly displayed on the screen, so that you do not miss any deadlines. PICK & PACK WITH BARCODE SCANNING Collect and pack your orders quickly and accurately: scan products live with your mobile camera, get instant visual confirmation for each item, upload the necessary documents and print the shipping note directly from the app. DOCUMENTS UNDER CONTROL Track invoices, credit notes and receipts in separate tabs, with their status (completed, shipped) and submission deadlines, so your store always remains consistent. STORE PERFORMANCE IN REAL TIME See your sales and number of orders today, yesterday or the last 7 days, as well as your store’s reliability and consistency indicators, to immediately understand where you stand. SECURE CONNECTION Connect to your Skroutz account via a secure OAuth2 process and optionally enable app lock with Face ID or fingerprint, for additional protection of your store data.
