TOTE

TOTE collects your recycling at your door and takes each bag to the correct municipal container. You separate. We handle it. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose your plan (from 1 to 7 collections per week) and the days that suit you, or start with a single collection, without signing anything. 2. Separate as you already do: blue (paper/cardboard), yellow (plastic/metal), green (glass) and unsorted. 3. A TOTE courier collects at your door (you can hand-deliver or leave at the door, as you prefer) and takes each fraction to the correct municipal container. TWO BAG OPTIONS • With TOTE bags included in the plan, sent by mail (CTT), with advance replenishment. • With your own bags, at a lower price. IN THE APP • Join TOTE without leaving the app, with secure payment (Stripe). • Purchase a single collection to try it out, without a plan. • View upcoming collections and your complete history. • Reschedule a collection when the week changes (up to 2 hours before the period). • Know when the courier is on their way and notify them "ready" with a tap. • Track your aggregate impact: kilos diverted and CO₂ avoided. • Manage bags, invoices, and your plan: pause, change plans or days, cancel. • Notifications about your account and your collections. WHERE WE ARE Coverage is growing. Check the app to see if your address is already served. FAIR PRICE You pay for the plan you choose, including VAT. No long contracts: cancel whenever you want. TOTE is a Portuguese service. Take Out Trash Ecologically.
