Integraliza Responsavel

The Responsible Integration app brings families closer to the school. With it, you can track your child's school visits via your cell phone: how each day went, when the next appointment is, and what documents are kept at the school. HOME One card for each child, showing the next scheduled appointment, the last record made by the staff, and how many appointments were held that month. RECORDS A timeline of past appointments. See how the day went in aspects such as meals, sleep, social interaction, and educational activities, as well as written observations by the staff. Absences and cancellations also appear, so you have a complete history. SCHEDULE All appointments scheduled by the school, with date, time, duration, type of appointment, and location. The most recent appointments are highlighted so you don't forget. DOCUMENTS Reports, prescriptions, vaccination records, forms, and other child documents all in one place. Open or share each file with a tap. MORE THAN ONE CHILD? If you have more than one child enrolled in the network, choose which one you are monitoring. The Records, Schedule, and Documents screens will change accordingly. SIMPLE AND SECURE • Log in only with the email and password registered at the school. • You only see the information of the children linked to your registration. • The app is for consultation only: the information is recorded by the school staff. • Your session is protected by the iPhone itself. • Change your password whenever you want, through your Profile. HOW TO ACCESS Integraliza Responsável is for families of students enrolled in school networks that use the Integraliza platform. If you do not yet have access or your child does not appear in the app, contact the school's administration office.
