Build a workout by choosing your sport, position, skill level, round length, rest time, and drill commands. MatDrill then runs the session with randomized voice prompts, countdowns, bell sounds, and short intervals so you can react, move, reset, and stay focused without looking at your phone. Before starting, you can preview every command included in the workout, review matching drill descriptions, and watch embedded technique videos to understand each movement. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels help keep sessions matched to your current ability, while custom workouts let you choose exactly which commands to include.
