ZanI is the mobile companion to the ZanI facility operations platform. It gives cleaning, maintenance and operations teams what they need on the floor: the day's work, live alerts, inspections and answers, in one place. ZanI is for organisations that already use the ZanI platform. Your company administrator creates your account; you sign in with your company code and work email. WHAT YOU CAN DO Dashboard See what needs attention at a glance: open alerts by severity, work orders by status, and today's inspection results. Your administrator decides which cards each role sees. Work orders Create, update and complete work orders from anywhere. Set the location, priority, schedule and people, and track each job from Open to Completed. You get a notification when you are assigned or added to one. Inspections Rate assigned areas against their checklist, add comments and photos, and raise complaints when something is wrong. Drafts save as you go, and inspections finished without a signal are sent once you are back online. Sensor insights Follow facility sensors by area: what is alerting, what needs attention, and how each space is doing right now. Customer requests Reply to requests that arrive by text message, turn them into work orders, send updates, and close them out when the job is done. AI assistant Ask questions in plain language about your work orders, inspections and operations, and get answers from your organisation's data. If an answer is wrong or inappropriate, report it directly from the chat. Notifications Receive alerts for new and updated work orders and customer requests, so nothing waits for someone to check a screen.
