My Childminder is an app for private childminders and families affiliated with the childcare scheme. The app is designed to gather daily communication and planning in one place, so that both childminders and parents get a better overview of everyday life. For the childminder, the app allows, among other things, to see which children are coming today and tomorrow, keep track of arrival and pick-up times, view absences, send messages and share posts with the parents. For parents, the app allows them to see the child's schedule, report illness, register time off or vacation, change times, choose the day's pick-up person and write directly to the childminder. The app includes: • Overview of children and attendance • Scheduled arrival and pick-up times • Messages between childminders and parents • Shared messages and announcements • Calendar with events, closing days and absences • Registration of illness, sick leave, days off and holidays • Handling of pick-ups • Contact information for parents and doctors • Privacy and agreement documents My Childminders is developed specifically for private childcare arrangements and focuses on simplicity, overview and safe communication between childminders and families. Note: The app requires an invitation from a childcare arrangement to be used.
