Triforce Sales is the work app of Triforce's sales and office team. Accounts are created by your company administrator; there is no public sign-up. FOR SALES REPS IN THE FIELD • Your visits for the day and the week, on a schedule board • Check in at the customer with one tap: your position is saved as the customer's location • Record the visit result, expected vehicles and daily fuel draw, and plan the next visit • Create quotes on the spot and email them to the customer as PDF • Find prospects and customers, call or email them, and open the route in Google Maps • Tasks and reminders, with alerts for overdue work FOR THE OFFICE • Customers, vendor and customer contracts, with signed copies • Invoices: edit, post, print or email in your chosen layout • Vendor and customer settlements, turned into invoices • Monthly payroll sheet, deductions, additions and advances • Custody and custody settlement • Visit reports by sales rep, and user access by screen BUILT FOR THE WAY THE TEAM WORKS • Arabic and English, right to left • Every screen follows the permissions set on the web system • Opens web pages of the system already signed in when needed YOUR LOCATION The app reads your location only when you tap "I'm here" at a visit or "My position" on the map.
