Open a round Every employee gets a one-time link to rate themselves; their line manager gets a separate link to rate them. Both answer independently and neither sees the other's answers. Neither needs an account, so a performance review reaches the whole company without a seat for everyone. 2. Watch it arrive You see who has responded, not what they answered, so the outcome is not known while forms are still open. 3. Calibrate The two readings sit side by side, largest gaps first. One click per person: the employee's rating, the manager's, the average, or levels you set. Nothing is pre-selected, because that gap is the subject of the development conversation. 4. The plan follows Calibration locks the record and builds the training plan from the agreed levels. Managers then track their own team through a link that lasts the cycle. 5. Close the cycle An immutable snapshot is archived, and the next round shows both sides the level agreed last cycle, never the raw ratings behind it. WHAT YOU SET UP Your competency framework: up to 25 competencies, each set as Essential, Important or Supportive per role and rated Basic, Advanced or Expert. Job titles, tiers (1-12), departments and reporting lines. A training catalogue per competency per level with provider, hours and cost. Add employees one by one or by CSV import. WHAT YOU SEE Competency distribution across the organization, sorted by weakest or strongest and filtered by job title. PROMOTIONS AND HISTORY A title change closes the current role period and freezes the levels agreed in it, so the profile keeps the whole chain. Shared competencies carry their level over; new ones are marked as assessed for the first time, not blank. TEAM AND CONTROL One subscription covers the HR administrator who buys it. Invited colleagues, administrators or read-only viewers, each get their own 30-day trial, then their own subscription. With two administrators, deletions need the other's approval. Every write lands in an audit trail that cannot be edited, and the invitation emails are yours to rewrite. METHODOLOGY Each competency is scored against the target its priority demands (Essential 2.0, Important 1.5, Supportive 1.0); readiness is the ratio between the two, placing every employee in one of three bands: High Performer, Core Contributor, Development Focus. CAPACITY Per organization: up to 300 employees, 30 job titles, 12 tiers and 25 competencies.
