"What year in the Western calendar was Showa 50?" "How old are people born in Heisei 2 now?" "What year will a child born early in the year start elementary school?" Wareki Hayami is a quick reference app that lets you easily check years in large font, making it easier to avoid confusion when filling out documents. ■ Quick Reference Chart to See the Current Year Immediately - Displays the Gregorian year, Japanese calendar year, Chinese zodiac sign, and current year's age side-by-side. - Use the buttons for Reiwa, Heisei, Showa, Taisho, and Meiji to navigate to the current era. - For years of era change, such as Showa 64 and Heisei 1, or Heisei 31 and Reiwa 1, both Japanese calendar years are displayed. - Tap today's or the year's Japanese calendar year to copy and paste it into documents or emails. - You can also check the Japanese calendar years for the next 12 years. ■ Type and Convert - Simply enter "S50," "H2.6.15," "Reiwa 7," "1990," or "36 years old" to check the Gregorian year, Japanese calendar year, and age. - For entries outside the era period, such as "Heisei 32," the correct Japanese calendar year will be displayed. - Entering an age will show the birth date range. - You can display the converted year in the quick reference chart. ■ From your date of birth - Input year, month, and day using the wheel, which also displays the Japanese calendar year - Displays your age in full, your age in the traditional Japanese calendar, the number of days until your next birthday, and the number of days since you were born - Displays the Chinese zodiac sign, including the ten heavenly stems and twelve earthly branches, and their readings - Displays the year of misfortune (pre-misfortune, main misfortune, post-misfortune, major misfortune), and celebratory years such as 60th, 70th, 77th, and 88th birthdays - You can change the reference date to calculate, for example, "Age as of April 1, 2027" ■ School Year and Years of Enrollment/Graduation - Displays your current school year and the years of enrollment and graduation from kindergarten to graduate school in both the Japanese and Western calendars, taking into account those born early in the year - Copies your educational history from your resume - Also checks the approximate year of your 20th birthday celebration ■ Family Members' Ages - By registering the birth dates of your family members, you can find out their current age, school year, year of misfortune, and longevity celebrations - There is no limit to the number of people. You can edit the names, memos, and stamp colors, and change the display order. - Widgets for today's Japanese calendar and the age of one family member on the home screen. - Long-press the app icon to go to today's Japanese calendar, conversion, and family. ■ Hayami Japanese Calendar Plus Plus allows you to use a family list widget, birthday notifications, the ability to make the family age chart an image, and additional accent colors. The quick reference chart, conversion, age, zodiac sign, school year, unlucky year, longevity celebrations, family registration, and today's and one family member widgets can be used even without Plus. ■ Try with a sample You can display 7 fictional family members from "Try with a sample" in settings or on an empty family screen. You can also try out the Plus colors, images, and widget samples separately from the entered family data. ■ Information handling Family names, birth dates, genders, and memos are saved on your device. No account registration is required. Google Play Billing communicates with Google for purchase verification and technical diagnostics. There is no implementation to pass family members' names, birth dates, or notes to this diagnostic log. ■ About the calculations - Supports the Japanese calendar from the Meiji era onward. Since the lunar calendar was used until Meiji 5 (1872), the conversion of months and days is approximate. - For those born on February 29th, their age increases on March 1st of a normal year. - The Chinese zodiac changes on January 1st. - Those born between April 2nd and April 1st of the following year are considered to be in the same grade; repeating a year or taking a gap year is not considered. - The counting of unlucky years, celebrations, advancement to higher education, and coming-of-age ceremonies vary depending on the region and circumstances. - Notifications are scheduled for 9 AM, and the widget is scheduled to update when the date changes.
