SOLAR-O

SOLAR-O was developed by Australian mental health experts in partnership with people from high-risk occupations to support the wellbeing and resilience of workers who face unpredictable, challenging, or critical situations. The app draws on evidence-based psychological approaches and research conducted by Phoenix Australia at the University of Melbourne. Any information entered into SOLAR-O is completely confidential and will not be shared with employers, organisations, or anyone outside the research and development team. The skills in SOLAR-O are practical, quick, and easy to learn, taking just a few minutes a day. Users can work through the program at their own pace, when it is convenient for them, and choose the parts of the program that are most relevant to their needs. The program includes strategies to help users manage strong emotions, build healthy habits, improve relationships, manage unhelpful thoughts, and cope with difficult experiences. SOLAR-O is free to download and is accessed using a code provided by your organisation. There are no advertisements.
