Scriven QR turns your phone into a fast, reliable inventory scanner for individually serialized equipment — no barcode gun, no spreadsheet juggling, no account required. SCAN, YOUR WAY Point your camera at a QR code for instant capture, or switch to Text mode to read printed serial numbers directly off a label — text recognition runs in real time, entirely on your device. Can't scan it? Type it in manually. Every serial is saved exactly as read: no silent auto-correction, no dropped leading zeros, no guessed characters. BUILT FOR REAL WORK, NOT INTERRUPTIONS Scanning stays fast because Scriven QR never stops to ask a question it doesn't need to. Duplicate scans don't interrupt your flow — they're quietly skipped, with a one-tap option to record one anyway when two units really share a label. VALIDATE AGAINST A LIST Bring in your expected list however is easiest: paste or type it, import a CSV or text file, or take a photo of a printed list. Scriven QR proposes how to split it into entries and imports nothing until you confirm. Then just point the camera: when it sees an item on the list, your phone vibrates, plays a short sound and flashes green, and the item is marked found. Anything not on the list is ignored, so nothing extra gets saved. A live panel shows what's found and what's still missing without leaving the camera. EXPORT, YOUR WAY When a count is done, export a CSV (with a spreadsheet-safe option that protects against formula injection in Excel or Sheets), a reconciliation CSV, or a clean PDF report, and share it through Android's share sheet to email, Drive, Files or anywhere else. PRINT YOUR OWN LABELS Generate printable QR code labels, with the human-readable serial number right underneath each code, for equipment that doesn't have one yet. Print directly from the app, starting with a calibration page so your labels line up. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Scriven QR works entirely offline — the app doesn't even request internet access. No account, no subscription, no ads, no analytics, and no data ever leaves your device. ENGLISH AND CHINESE The interface is available in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. It follows your phone's language, or choose one anytime from the About tab (on Android 13 and later, also from the system's app language setting).
