Gallery Photo & Album - Home combines a photo and video gallery with an Android Home launcher. Browse your device media, organize favorite moments and keep your apps close at hand. YOUR PHOTO AND VIDEO LIBRARY Browse photos and videos stored on your device. Switch between media filters, search your library, view file details and choose a grid layout that suits you. Open photos in the viewer and play your videos with playback controls. ALBUMS AND FAVORITES Create albums, add selected media and keep favorites together. Review supported trash items and use Android's confirmation screens when restoring or permanently deleting media. Availability depends on your Android version and granted access. EDIT AND CREATE Make quick photo edits and save a new copy. Use selected moments for supported creations such as collages, slideshows, highlight videos and wallpapers. Available formats and playback support depend on your device. DISCOVER YOUR MOMENTS Explore local collections in For You. Optional people grouping processes photos on the device and downloads a face model when needed. Place-based collections use location information already stored in your photos when you allow photo-location access; they do not require live GPS tracking. YOUR HOME SCREEN Set Gallery Photo & Album - Home as your default Home app to use its launcher experience. Open your app drawer, arrange shortcuts and use available Home widgets and settings. You can change your default Home app again in Android Settings. PERMISSIONS AND PRIVACY Photo and video permissions let the gallery maintain and display your device media library. Where Android supports it, you can instead limit access to selected items. Limited access shows only the media you choose. Other permissions are used for the relevant features, such as photo-location organization and notifications. Personal photos and videos are not automatically uploaded to a developer gallery server. Sharing a selected item sends it to the app you choose. Advertising, analytics, crash reporting and related service providers may process device and usage information as described in the privacy policy. The app contains ads. An internet connection is used for advertising, configuration and supported service/model downloads. Local gallery functions depend on access to media on your device.
