NeatEduca

NeatEduca is the school's app for families. From your mobile phone, you can manage your children's lunch service, register them for outings and workshops, pay bills, and receive school notifications. To use it, the school provides access: each school creates accounts for its families. You log in with your email or ID. LUNCH SERVICE • Notify the school if your child is missing lunch on a particular day and reserve individual days as needed. • View the lunch menu. • See which days your child will be eating lunch and the cost of each meal before confirming. ACTIVITIES • Register your children for outings, workshops, parties, and other school services. • Pay the registration fee instantly, securely, by card. BILLS AND PAYMENTS • View lunch bills and pay them by card directly from the app. • Download and share the receipt for each payment. • Review your payments and any refunds received. SCHOOL NOTIFICATIONS • All school communications in one place. • Mobile notifications for new invoices and reminders for outstanding payments. THE WHOLE FAMILY • If you have multiple children, switch between them with a single tap. • Both parents/guardians can have their own accounts. • Check each student's allergies and dietary requirements at the school and receive alerts if anything is missing. Payments are processed through the school's secure bank gateway. Your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
