About
Property360 — rental property management for Nigeria Property360 helps landlords, agents, and tenants in Nigeria manage rental properties together in one app. Built specifically for the Nigerian market: rent in ₦, payments through Paystack, and a fee structure that fits how leases actually work here. For Landlords • Add your properties and units in a guided flow — basic details, units, amenities, and photos. • Invite tenants by email and create a lease with rent, payment frequency (monthly, quarterly, annual), and Nigerian fee categories: security deposit, caution fee, agent fee, agreement fee, legal fee, and service charge. • Create and send invoices to tenants. Record cash, transfer, cheque, or mobile money payments manually, or let tenants pay you in-app. • Track every payment in a wallet view with total earnings and balance. • Withdraw funds to your verified Nigerian bank account via Paystack. • Upload tenancy agreements (PDF, DOCX, or image). Property360 automatically reads the key details — rent, deposit, dates, address — using Google Document AI so you don't have to type them in. • View financial reports showing revenue, occupancy, and payments at a glance. For Agents • Get invited by a landlord and act on their behalf with fine-grained permissions: add tenants, record payments, view payments, renew leases, upload agreements, manage maintenance, view reports. • Each landlord controls exactly what you can do. For Tenants • See your rent due, due date, and balance at a glance on the home screen. • Pay rent through Paystack — card, bank transfer, or USSD. • View your payment history and receipts. • Submit maintenance requests with photos and priority levels. • Accept or decline lease invitations from landlords. • Acknowledge tenancy agreements with a typed signature. Marketplace • Browse property listings without signing up — no account required to look around. • Filter by location, price, and property type. • Send a reservation request when you find a unit you want. Track the status of your requests. • Landlords can list available units to the marketplace and review reservation requests from prospective tenants. Real-time chat • Landlords, tenants, and agents can message each other directly in the app. Security • Sign in with Face ID, fingerprint, or password. • KYC verification with a selfie and a Nigerian government ID (NIN, Driver's License, Passport, or Voter's Card). • Sensitive credentials stored securely on-device.
