About

Pallet Vision turns what your cameras count into numbers you can act on: today's pallet count against target, how the shift is actually running, and a notification the moment a line goes quiet. It is the mobile half of the Pallet Vision platform, for the supervisors, plant managers and operations leads already running computer-vision pallet counting on their production, wrapping and packing lines. Same data, same sites, built for a phone you check standing next to the line. TODAY'S PALLET COUNT Open the app and the day is already there. Total pallet count, output by operation measured against each station's target, and an hour-by-hour view of how the shift ran. A production calendar sets today against the days behind it, so a slow morning is visible before it becomes a slow week. THE LONGER VIEW Pick any date range and see every operation broken down by day, zone by zone, with efficiency against target. Drill into a single operation for the detail underneath it, and export to Excel when the numbers need to leave the app. CAMERAS AND ZONES Every camera in the warehouse with live online status, the zone it watches and its recent counts. Every zone rolled up the way the floor is actually organized. Filter to the ones you care about, then open one for its full activity history, its captures through the day and the clips behind each count. Camera settings and slot names are editable here, so a rename doesn't wait for a desktop. ALERTS THAT FIND YOU The app tells you instead of waiting to be asked. - A server drops offline, and again when it recovers - Cameras stop reporting - A site falls below its production target, and climbs back - A specific camera sees nothing for longer than you allow Set inactivity thresholds your way: one figure across every camera, or a different threshold for each. A palletiser and a wrapping station idle at very different rates, and one shared number is either noise or nothing. Alerts follow your site's holidays and weekly off-days, so a quiet Sunday stays quiet. EVERY SITE YOU RUN Switch between the companies and sites you have access to and every screen re-scopes to match. Role-based permissions carry across from the platform, so people see on the phone exactly what they see on the web. WHO USES IT Manufacturing plants, warehouses, distribution centres and logistics operations that already count pallets with computer vision, and want the floor's numbers on the phone rather than a desktop two rooms away. SIGNING IN Use your existing Pallet Vision credentials: email and password, Google, or Microsoft. Light and dark themes throughout. REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT Pallet Vision is enterprise software. The app needs an active subscription and an account provisioned by your organization, and won't work as a standalone download.
