About

MoneyDue is a debt tracker: who owes you, what you owe, and what's left after both — tracked on one phone, with no group to set up. One screen for both directions. Lent 500 and got 200 back? Record the part-payment as it happened. The money owed updates itself — no closing the debt and opening a new one for the remainder. ONE PHONE, NO GROUP You can start on your own — no group to set up, and the other person does not need the app yet. Record who owes whom from one phone. WHO OWES WHOM Every debt has a direction and someone behind it. One screen shows what you are owed, what you owe, and your position once the two are put together. Settled debts stay in the history. PART-PAYMENTS Add each repayment with its own date and amount. The remaining balance moves by itself. Nothing is rewritten, and nothing is lost, so the history is still readable a year later. REMINDERS YOU ACTUALLY SEND MoneyDue writes the message for you — gentle or direct, and worded differently depending on whether the due date is ahead, today, or behind. You pick the language by who is receiving it, not by the language you use the app in: English, Polish, or Ukrainian. Then you read it, edit it if you want, and send it yourself through your usual messenger. Nothing is sent automatically, and no debtor is ever contacted without you sending it. DUE DATE REMINDERS Give a debt a due date, and MoneyDue reminds you the day before, on the day, and the day after, whether you are owed the money or owe it. You pick the time in Settings, and you can switch reminders off there too. The notifications are scheduled on your phone itself. FORGIVE, ARCHIVE, KEEP THE RECORD Writing off what is left is a separate action from being repaid. The original amount and every payment stay visible, so you can see what you forgave and when. A settled debt moves to the archive: out of the list, still in the history. MULTI-CURRENCY, THE USEFUL WAY Lent in zloty, repaid in hryvnia? Enter the exchange rate you actually got — at the counter, at the cash desk, or whatever the two of you agreed. It is stored with that payment and never moves again. Your overall position is converted at today's rate, updated daily, and cached, so it keeps working offline on the last rates it has. Fourteen currencies, euro and zloty, and hryvnia among them. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Works without an account. Your debts stay on your device — nothing leaves without your decision. The database is encrypted, and the key never leaves it. The one request MoneyDue makes to the internet is for currency rates, and it carries nothing about you — no name, no amount. Fingerprint or face unlock locks the app, with your screen lock as the fallback. Light and dark themes. English, Polish, and Ukrainian. Free. No ads. Nothing behind a paywall.Read more
