The Cabin is a field application for elevator maintenance and service companies. The technician records what they do in the building via phone; the evidence is automatically generated. Recording the maintenance performed is not enough. During inspections and disputes, the question is where the work wasn't done. The Cabin shows this. IN THE FIELD • Work order list: what's in which building today, which elevator • Dynamic checklist — your company's own items • Photo, voice note, and building manager's signature • Entering the correct elevator by scanning the QR tag inside the cabin • Fault notification, entrapment call, and arrival record WORKS EVEN WITHOUT A POWER STRENGTH The machine room and shaft don't have signal. The Cabin keeps the recording on the phone and automatically synchronizes when the power returns. The technician doesn't have to wait, and the recording isn't lost. THE PROOF CHAIN Each maintenance record is linked to the previous one. Changing a record later breaks the entire chain, and this is visible on the screen. This is the difference between saying maintenance was done and proving it. The application monitors the phone's settings, or you choose. DATA IN Türkiye The cabin's data is stored on servers in Türkiye. There is no data transfer abroad. PERMITS AND REASONS • Location: To verify that maintenance is performed in the building where the elevator is located, this is only taken once when you initiate the maintenance. No location is taken or tracked in the background. If you do not allow it, the maintenance will still be recorded. • Camera: To scan the QR tag inside the cabin and take maintenance photos. • Microphone: To leave voice notes during maintenance. THIS APPLICATION REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT The cabin is sold to businesses. Your account is created through the management panel of the company you work for, and they send you an invitation. There is no registration or purchase within the application; the subscription is managed by your company via the web.
