SUMBA (Surat Muatan Barang) is the official application for issuing and managing e-Manifests for freight transport from the Directorate General of Land Transportation, Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. This application makes it easy for freight transport businesses and logistics drivers to issue bills of lading electronically, automatically inspect vehicle roadworthiness, and ensure freight transport compliance directly from their mobile devices. FEATURES Issuing Structured Digital e-Manifests The SUMBA app guides the process of creating official Bills of Lading documents practically and sequentially from your mobile phone. It includes step-by-step information about the sender, vehicle and driver, owner, recipient, travel route (origin and destination), and cargo details (packing list) without the need for manual paperwork. Vehicle Data Integration & KIR Testing (BLU-e HubDat) Simply enter the towing vehicle's registration number (TNKB) or trailer test number, and the application immediately connects to the Ministry of Transportation's BLU-e national database. Data on the chassis number, vehicle type, number of axles, carrying capacity, and vehicle inspection (KIR) validity period are automatically filled in, providing a warning if the KIR has expired. Load & Carrying Capacity Validation The application intelligently validates the weight of the cargo against the Permitted Total Weight (JBI/JBB) and the vehicle's carrying capacity. The system will display an early warning if the load exceeds the specified limits to ensure operational safety on the road. Vehicle & Driver Master Data Management Storage and manage your truck fleet directory (towing vehicles and trailers) and driver data (VIN, driver's license number, validity period, and contact information). When creating a new bill of lading, data can be directly selected without re-typing. QR Code for Official Document Verification Every successfully issued e-Manifest is automatically equipped with a unique official QR Code. This QR Code can be scanned by the recipient or inspection officer to open an official public verification link from the Ministry of Transportation, ensuring the authenticity of the bill of lading data transparently and in real time. USAGE INFORMATION & OFFICIAL SERVICES The SUMBA application service is officially provided by the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia to streamline road transportation logistics administration. This application is free of charge. Users can register as an Individual or Corporate account by providing valid identity and transportation legal documents. Ensure the registered vehicle has an active periodic inspection (KIR) on the BLU-e system to be used for e-Manifest issuance.
