About

Some days feel heavy and you can't say why. Writing it down helps — but reading your own words back, weeks later, is where the pattern finally shows. Innra is a journal that reflects. You write; it notices. WHAT YOU DO • Write for as long or as short as you like. One line counts. • Set how the day felt on a 1–10 scale. • Tag what you felt from 12 emotions — anxious, grateful, tired, hopeful, angry, sad, calm, excited, confused, proud, lonely, content. WHAT COMES BACK • An AI reflection on what you wrote: the emotions it hears, the thinking traps it notices (all-or-nothing, catastrophizing, should statements), and a gentler way to hold the same thought. • One open question to take the entry a little further. • A mood calendar where every day you wrote is coloured by how it felt — a month at a glance. • Your current streak, and the emotions that show up most often. FREE AND PRO The journal, the mood calendar and the emotion patterns are free, always. The free tier includes 5 AI reflections a month. Innra Pro reflects on every entry and opens the AI coach — a conversation that has read your entries. Monthly or annual, managed in Google Play, cancel any time. Innra speaks 14 languages. Innra is a journaling app, not a medical service. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for care from a professional. If you are in crisis, the app shows the support line for your country.Read more
