Fitlock

Fitlock helps you trade mindless scrolling for movement. Choose the apps that distract you, complete a short bodyweight workout, and bank the minutes you earn to unlock them on purpose. Move first. Scroll later. • Choose the apps you want to block. • Earn unlock minutes with squats, push-ups, sit-ups, and jumping jacks. • Let on-device camera pose detection count your reps. Fitlock does not record or upload workout video. • Bank earned time and use it when you actually want to open your selected apps. • Track workouts and build a movement habit. Fitlock requires a subscription for access after any applicable trial. The price and trial terms are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel through Google Play. Usage Access, display-over-other-apps, and foreground-service permissions power the app-blocking shield; camera permission is only for rep counting. Blocking depends on device permissions and Android behavior. Privacy: https://fitlock.iagocavalcante.com/privacy.html Terms: https://fitlock.iagocavalcante.com/terms.html
