Subledger is a ledger you keep by hand for everything that renews: subscriptions, insurance, domains, memberships, warranties. Anything with a next charge and a cycle. ONE NUMBER Type in what bills you and how often. Every cycle lands on one figure, a month or a year, one tap apart. Weekly charges are counted at 365.25 days to the year, not 52 weeks, because the honest number is the useful one. A NUMBERED LEDGER Card 1 is the total. Every record under it is a numbered card with its figure for the period, the date of its next charge and a bar: how far it is through its billing cycle this month, or its share of the year. Tap Year and the bars re-flow while the total rolls. A WARNING BEFORE A TRIAL CHARGES Mark a record as a free trial with its end date. It rises to the top of the ledger before it converts, and a local reminder fires two days out by default, while there is still time to act. REMINDERS THAT STAY ON YOUR PHONE A local notification before any charge lands, at nine in the morning, with the amount and the date. No push, no server: the reminder is scheduled on the device and works in airplane mode. EVERY RECORD IN FULL The annualised cost, the next six charges as a dated timeline computed from the first charge (a record billed on the 31st lands on the 31st), notes for the card used or how to cancel, and pause, mark cancelled or delete from the same page. WHERE IT GOES The same numbered list per category, one currency at a time. Subledger never converts between currencies and will not invent an exchange rate. NO BANK, NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER Nothing connects to a bank and nothing leaves your phone. There is no account to make and no server holding a list of what you pay for. Your records live in a file on the device and can be exported as a CSV or deleted in one tap. Works offline. Five languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German. Both appearances. Subledger is free with ads: a banner at the foot of the Breakdown and Settings screens, and now and then a full-screen ad after a record is saved.
