RT Loans

RT Loans is the app of the RT Loans platform: software that savings groups, SACCOs, investment clubs and microfinance organisations use to run their lending. Loans on RT Loans are provided by the organisation you belong to, not by ResiliaTech; ResiliaTech operates the platform that facilitates them. You need an account provisioned by your organisation to sign in. LOAN TERMS AND COST Terms are set by your organisation and are always shown in the app before a loan is approved. - Repayment periods: minimum 2 months, maximum 60 months. - Interest: up to 10% per month simple interest (maximum APR 120%). - Representative example: a loan of USD 1,000 over 12 months at 5% per month simple interest costs USD 600 in interest; total repayable USD 1,600 in 12 monthly instalments of USD 133.33. No platform fees are charged to borrowers; any origination or penalty fees are set and disclosed by your organisation. WHAT MEMBERS CAN DO - See your loans, repayment schedule, balances and statements. - Review and sign loan offer letters. - Track your monthly contributions and savings with the organisation. - Get reminders and confirmations by push notification and in-app inbox. WHAT STAFF CAN DO - Manage the organisation's loan book: origination, maker-checker approvals, schedules, repayments, waivers and write-offs. - Track member contributions, the cash ledger and branch operations. - Manage member and borrower records with per-role access control. - See reports on portfolio, arrears and income, and review the audit trail. - Handle the organisation's software subscription. BUILT FOR TEAMS Every user has a role - owner, admin, treasurer, secretary, officer, approver or viewer - and the app shows only what that role is allowed to use, matching exactly what the server enforces. Belong to more than one organisation? Switch between them in a tap. SECURE BY DESIGN Sign-in uses your organisation's dedicated identity service with modern, phishing-resistant authentication.
