Rahoul is a comprehensive Saudi application specializing in transportation and shipping services. It was designed to connect individuals and businesses with transportation providers through a unified and user-friendly digital platform. The application allows users to create transportation requests by specifying the pickup and delivery locations, cargo type, delivery time, and vehicle requirements. The request is then sent directly to the nearest qualified service providers. Customers receive multiple price quotes from transportation companies and service providers, along with the ability to view ratings, compare offers, and choose the most suitable one. The application also provides real-time tracking of the shipment and service provider on a map, in addition to an in-app chat system to facilitate communication during the order fulfillment process. Rahoul offers multiple payment methods, including electronic payment, digital wallet, and cash, along with an electronic invoicing system, a complaints and inquiries management system, and a mutual evaluation system between customers and service providers to ensure service quality. It also includes a dedicated platform for transportation providers to manage requests, offers, and financial settlements, as well as an advanced administrative dashboard for monitoring operations, overseeing performance, managing commissions, and generating operational and financial reports. Rahool aims to facilitate transportation and shipping operations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by providing a reliable and secure digital experience that brings together customers and service providers in one place, focusing on speed, transparency, and ease of order management from start to final delivery.
