Fix Loop

The Fix Loop platform's store and branch system provides an integrated work environment for electronics repair companies and workshops (both individuals and institutions). It aims to deliver professional and reliable maintenance services to customers through intelligent geographic and technical connectivity. Key store features and benefits: • Branch Structure: The store/business is displayed to customers with its main brand name and precise location on the map. The system allows businesses to add multiple branches and define the specialization of each branch (mobile phones, laptops, watches, electronics, etc.). • Service and Geographical Coverage Management: The store defines its geographic coverage and daily operating hours via the control panel. Additional features such as in-home repair or pickup and delivery services can be activated. Order acceptance is managed based on the categories and brands supported by the store. • Order Receiving and Quotation Process: The store receives new orders from nearby businesses and provides initial price quotes that include the price, execution time, and warranty period. A chat feature allows direct communication between the store and the customer to agree on details. A final technical inspection report is provided to confirm the cost, warranty period, and document the device's condition. • Guarantees and Financial Collection: The ability to issue and activate a direct electronic guarantee for the customer after the maintenance process is completed. The option to choose from available electronic payment methods within the application or cash payment.
