Collobr is a mobile business application for teams using the app.collobr.com panel. Access is via a QR code generated from the panel; only defined team members can use it. • Internal phone: Incoming calls to your internal extension connected to your company switchboard ring simultaneously on the browser and phone; external calls are made through the company line, with department or person transfer and hold music. • Live support: Take over website and WhatsApp chats; send product cards, surveys, forms, and contact cards. • Team messaging: WhatsApp-style conversation notifications, reply from notification. • Customer and lead management: Customer cards, offer PDF preview and sharing, post-call lead recording. • Calendar reminders, inbox, site traffic summary.
