Dog Breeder Litter Records

LitterBook is the record a small dog breeder keeps for each litter: the dam and sire, the matings and the expected whelping window, every puppy's daily weight, the schedule you follow, and the buyers with their deposits. Everything stays on your phone and there is no account. WHAT IT DOES The litter board A litter tracker with one screen per litter. Each puppy is a card in its collar colour, with today's weight, a trend arrow, its status and who it is going home with. Tasks due today sit at the top. Matings and the whelping window Add each mating date. The expected whelping day, or a window when there were several matings, is worked out from your dates and a gestation length you can change. Daily weigh-in The weigh-in walks the litter in collar order, one puppy at a time, and saves each weight as you go. Each puppy gets a growth chart spaced by date. A puppy whose weight has dropped on two weigh-ins in a row is flagged on the board. Your schedule Worming, vet checks, microchipping and the go-home day, at the days after whelping you set. The starter list has task names and days only, with no products or doses, and is meant to be set to your own vet's schedule. Tick tasks off as you go. Buyers and deposits Record each buyer, the puppy they have reserved, the agreed price, deposits and balance payments, and the collection day. LitterBook records payments; it never takes them. Documents A puppy pack PDF for each new owner with the parents, birth details, every weigh-in, the schedule tasks done, and your own care notes and contract text. A receipt for any payment, and a litter summary with a CSV export for a spreadsheet. Documents are written in English. Dams and sires Keep each dog's breed, date of birth, registration and microchip numbers as you typed them, health test results and seasons. An outside stud can be added with the owner's contact. Reminders A reminder on the morning a task is due, a week before the whelping window opens and on the day it opens, and on collection day with any balance still owed. Money Stud fee, vet, food and registration costs against each litter, with money received, still owed and the net. Backup Export everything, photos included, to one file and restore it on another phone. Backup is included on every plan. WHO IT'S FOR Hobby and small-scale breeders with a few litters a year who want one tidy record instead of a binder and a spreadsheet. LitterBook keeps the records you enter.
