Pigeon is a business phone system for professionals who need to capture and organize client calls without relying on memory after the conversation. Use your firm's Pigeon number to place and receive calls, review recent and missed calls, add notes, and mark completed calls billable, non-billable, or do not save. Calls can be associated with clients and open matters. Firms that connect Clio Manage can import client and matter information and sync eligible reviewed call activity. Clio remains the source of truth for connected practice-management data. Pigeon is currently an invitation-only beta. An approved firm account and calling configuration are required.Read more

Hold and resume. Put the other person on hold when you need a moment. They hear hold music, and you can resume the call when you’re ready.<br><br>Directory. Firms with more than one person can call a coworker by extension, or transfer the call they’re already on.<br><br>On a call. Directory shows who is already on a call before you transfer.<br>Transfers. After you transfer a call, Pigeon no longer asks for post-call notes.<br><br>Contact support.
